Civic Unity Proposal

A complete visual identity including logo, branding, templates, and iconography was created for this submittal. The logo highlights the unique and innovative design of the building, designed to maximize sunlight and conform to LEED standards.

The rest of the design is based around the curvilinear form of the proposed structure, with specific features on the tab pages and as a page detail on some pages. Bright colors reinforce the South Florida connection and make this proposal stand out from other submittals. This design treatment was carried through from the proposal binders to all follow-up submittals, additional documents, and presentations. The 4 column grid structure of the template makes it easy to adapt to last-minute changes and easy to adapt in follow-up documents.
